Amandas Treasures is Amanda Caven in Coalville, Leicestershire, restoring and transforming furniture and teaching other people to do it. Hands-on classes, online workshops and a membership, for anyone from a beginner reviving one chair to somebody building a business out of it. Nearly thirty years at it, and her eldest son has just joined her as an apprentice.

I run hands-on classes, online workshops and a membership for people who want to take their upholstery skills further, whether that’s as a hobby or into a business. It’s become a bit of a family business too, as my eldest son has recently joined me as an apprentice!
