Cascade Virtual PA is Lynn Cox in Peterborough, a virtual assistant for coaches, consultants and trainers who run online workshops. She sits in the background of your webinar handling the waiting room, chat, breakouts and recording so you can get on with teaching, and does the presentations, documents, proofreading and newsletters in between. Forty years in admin, including the NHS. Working online with businesses anywhere in the UK.
What they do
I'm a Virtual Assistant who supports small UK-based business owners by acting as their moderator for online workshops and webinars, so I manage everything in the background so you can focus on delivering your training. I also prepare presentations in PowerPoint or Canva, and format all your documents in Word. In addition, I offer proofreading, newsletter setup and management in MailerLite and Mailchimp and audio transcription.
Who it is for
Independent and sole-trader consultants, coaches and trainers who deliver online workshops and webinars and want to focus on delivering the training while I look after the waiting room, chat, recordings, and breakout rooms. Small UK-based businesses owners whose admin tasks stop them from growing their business and making money.

What makes them different
I have 40 years experience in admin and PA support in both public and private sectors, including the Lord Chancellor's Department and the NHS.
