Mostly women who know there’s more to life than just getting through the day and want to feel happier, more confident and more connected to themselves. They’re often interested in spirituality and manifesting but still want something grounded and practical that they can actually use in real life. Some are completely new to it and others have been on this path for years.
What people come to them for
Usually because they feel stuck, overwhelmed or know something in their life needs to change but they’re not quite sure how to change it. They might want help with manifesting, confidence, relationships, money, old patterns or simply feeling more like themselves again. Sometimes they’re looking for answers, sometimes they need to clear what’s holding them back, and sometimes they just want a supportive place to explore all of this with people who get it.
What makes them different
I make spirituality very normal! I’m intuitive and I absolutely believe in energy, manifesting and all the wonderfully woo stuff, but I’m also practical, down to earth and very much living in the real world. There’s no judgement and no pretending life is fabulous all the time. I teach what I’ve learned through my own experiences, with plenty of humour, honesty and the occasional swear word thrown in.
